There are several celebrations that we'd love to participate in here. One of them is the posadas, where people go from house to house, representing Joseph and Mary, asking for lodging. The part is biblical, some fun roll acting. But unfortunately, chants to the virgin Mary are all through such a celebration, making it...aggravating, irritating, unacceptable.
