MBI

David Garrison has been the key conference speaker here, and he's been phenomenal! Our "Art in Missions" workshop yesterday was attended by over 100 students, and we expect similar numbers today. I got back to my dorm room around 2 a.m. this morning after playing a game of Settlers with some of the boys of Dryer 2. I won't mention who won in the interest of humility. We've been hanging out quite a bit with Micah, intern this past summer.

Yesterday we gave 3 workshops, including an agency presentation, today we have 2 and tomorrow 1. The music here has been, as always, incredible. Yesterday was a particularly blessed day in that I was able to meet with Mr. Edmonds and wife Patty for coffee at 9 a.m., Mr. Ed continues to be an example as he recovers from back surgery that he had last December. At 73, his zest for life and ministry is inspiring.

We are making contacts, talking to students, finding some that indeed may be involved in next summer's internship programs CAM-wide.
