Puebla Bible Seminary/FAMEX conference

I spent most of the day today working on last-minute details and getting hundreds of copies made for a national Bible church conference that starts this Thursday, through Saturday. Conference elements include international speakers, a 200+ voice choir, 20+ workshops and an elegant Friday evening supper. Should be fun. There are around 10 people from the church here going to the conference.

The conference is, in part, a celebration of 50 years of ministry for the Puebla Bible Seminary, combined with an emphasis in missions. The graphic below that Samuel created today says, "You know...now go!"

Tomorrow, Samuel and his family have an appointment at the U.S. Embassy here in Mexico City to see if they are granted a visa to visit PA this July. Getting a visa costs over $100 per person just to try (non-refundable), and most people are turned down, so pray for that. We leave the house here tomorrow at 4:45 a.m. Ouch. While downtown I'm meeting Laura Guaza at a Starbucks near the embassy, assuming Starbucks here are open at 7 a.m. Laura is doing a workshop at the conference and wants to go over some things.
