Internship update from Crystal, Cottrill move

Thanks Rod! Things are going well here. We're having a great time with the Downs and the church over here. I have no idea how to spell it but we did the hike at Tepotzlan yesterday and saw the city. And of course, we haven't had power every night!! But that's what makes this fun, right? We all got through orientation and have just finished our first Spanish class. Yay!! I hope everything is going well for you guys. I'm looking forward to seeing everybody, tell them hi for us!

I spoke to Brent Downs last night...sounds like a great week planned.

In other news...the Cottrills are moving today. Jim and the movers should be here in Ixtapaluca early afternoon. Guess what...it is pouring outside! We need the rain, though, after several early storms, the spring has been surprisingly dry so far.

Yesterday we started 3 discipleship classes as part of a new effort to get the whole church involved in the discipleship process, and not just a small portion of it. There were about 20 people in the Discipleship 1 study, around 12 in the Discipleship 2 study, and 6 of us in the Discipleship 3 class.
