The UW team arrived after midnight Sunday night (really Monday morning) after Mexico City received a drenching rainfall. I managed to drop off the last two girls at their host home around 2 a.m.
Yesterday they began their sports ministry with a club in the afternoon, from 4 to 6 p.m. About 40 children and teens attended the soccer and basketball clubs, not a bad start to the week. Today through Friday they will be doing 2 clubs, one from 12-2 and one from 4-6.
Today left the house at 5 a.m. and dropped of Robin, Ashley and Alicia at the airport after a goodbye party for them last night at Martin and Laura's house. Susan and Melanie Tunison arrived around 10:30 and will spend the next two weeks here, helping us in various ways. Susan and Melanie attend the Valley Bible Church, the church that we visited in San Francisco this past March.
