Charlie's Plowman's Farm

Check out Charlie Estañol's fascinating new ministry project, The Plowman's Farm, and the video that informs as to Charlie's ministry focus. Daniel and I spent some time with Charlie, Jennifer and their three cute boys last year while visiting Corban U. Charlie and us ministered for three years together in Iztapalapa. If you can, send him a donation!

We had a great time at Iglesia Bíblica La Cosecha (Harvest Bible) on Sunday! Great to touch base with many friends, including Charlie Estañol's brother Francisco.  Check out the pic of their worship band below.

A shout-out to my uncle Dwight. He had a birthday recently and is now officially OLD! Like 50 years old. I, on the other hand, am much younger.

Just read an inspirational article that I saw on Twitter. Most People Won't. Check it out.

Books I'm Reading: Just bought Platform, by Michael Hyatt, recommended by . Interesting read.

Quote of the Day: Ultimate relativism, nihilism, and post-modernism are all forms of pride. If there is no objective reality outside of me, then I don’t have to submit to it. (C.S.) Lewis thought that such views would mean the “abolition of man.” In a book by that title he defended “the doctrine of objective value, the belief that certain attitudes are really true, and others really false to the kind of thing the universe is and the kind of things we are.” So Lewis devoted his life not to creating reality, but to seeing it and saying it well.
