End of Year Events

We're entering the year-end ministry blur, with a flurry of primarily evangelistic activities coming up in the next couple of weeks. Here's a short list:

This Saturday, Tiffany and Tina are organizing a Thanksgiving dinner, complete with turkey, pumpkin pie and I don't know what else. I'll be giving a devotional at the end of this time. Hopefully I'll be able to talk without loosing my belt.

This Sunday is David Gomez´s last Sunday with us. He'll be traveling to Uruguay a week from tomorrow. I preach on Sunday, and David leads the music. Afterwards...well, I suspect we'll eat something good.

Next Friday, December 9 is our community center's closing program, when all the different classes demonstrate a bit of what they've learned. It is also a time when we invite the parents of the kids who have been involved in the different activities. We would appreciate your prayers for a good turn-out.

Then two weeks from today, on December 14, Mayra and Aurora have organizing another women's breakfast conference. This event has been very fruitful in the past in reaching out to new women in the neighborhood.

Below, a picture of David. Happily, the large majority of his support has already come in, but he does still lack some. If you'd like to give, click HERE and put the number 103760 in the "missionary" box. Thanks!
