I've included three more videos. The first one is a two minute account of Alejandro Flores, who lives right by the highway. His account is in Spanish, how they were awakened by a loud explosion, and then were made aware of the flooding early Friday morning.
The second two videos are more of the same, views along the one side of the flooding.
